Eligibility:

All persons in the United States who, when making payment at a Godiva retail store located in the United States, made such payment using a credit or debit card and for whom Godiva printed a point-of-sale receipt.  The receipt had to have displayed more than the last 5 digits of the credit or debit card between April 2013 and November 2015. 

Typical Settlement Amount:

Shares of the settlement fund are on a pro rata basis. Shares will be up to $235 but are subject to change based upon the number of class members
