- With a credit or debit card, and
- Godiva printed a point-of-sale receipt for you
- Which showed more than the last five digits of your card,
- Between April 6, 2013 and November 20, 2015.

If you previously received a notice about this settlement in 2016 and submitted a valid claim form at that time, you do not need to file another claim at this time.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Estimated at around $55-$60. Final amount will depend on the number of valid claims received.
