Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you bought any Godiva chocolate product in the US, between January 31, 2015 and October 26, 2021. The chocolate products in question include any products made or sold by Godiva or under the Godiva brand that contain chocolate.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Option A, without proof of purchase: $1.25 per product Godiva chocolate product purchased, up to $15. Option B, with proof of purchase: $1.25 per Godiva chocolate product purchased, up to $25. If the total amount in valid claims exceeds $15 million, the amounts will be reduced pro rata. Only one claim will be paid per household.

Total Settlement Amount: $15,000,000 for claims
