You may be eligible if, between November 4, 2014 and December 31, 2016, GoDaddy placed a call or sent a text message to your cell phone as part of an outbound campaign facilitated by the web-based software application used by 3Seventy, Inc. or the software programs and platforms of Cisco Unified Communications Manager.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Choice of either (1) estimated $35 check, or (2) $150 voucher usable for any products or services offered by GoDaddy. Amount of check may be reduced, depending on the number of valid claims received and the costs of settlement. Only one cash award or voucher award per class member.

Total Settlement Amount: Up to $35,000,000
