Eligibility:

You may be eligible if:

  • You were insured under and automobile insurance policy issued in Arkansas by GEICO, received medical treatment because of an accident, for which GEICO made a MedPay/PIP payment to a medical provider;
  • You settled a bodily injury claim with a third party without the help of an attorney; and
  • As a result of that settlement, GEICO received a Subrogation payment as a reimbursement for the MedPay/PIP payment between November 1, 2008 and April 3, 2015. 
Typical Settlement Amount:

Varies. Eligible class members will receive up to 100% of the amount reimbursed to GEICO; may be less, depending on the number of claims received.
