You may be eligible if GE sent you a notification of the data breach in or around March 2020.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Benefits: (1) Credit monitoring: For eighteen months, from Financial Shield Services. (2) Reimbursement for lost time: Up to four hours, at $18/hour. (3) Reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses or losses: Up to $3,500 in total (including amounts for lost time) for expenses for dealing with the data breach, unreimbursed losses for fraud, fees for credit repair services, and so on. If all valid claims received add up to more than a total of $350,000, payments will be reduced on a pro rata basis.
