Claimant must provide either a receipt of the watch purchase or provide the e-mail address used for Garmin Connect, the warranty name, e-mail from the Garmin online store, the serial number, a credit card/bank statement, photographs, or other evidence.


Anyone who purchased a Garmin Forerunner 610 watch in the United States between April 2011 and July 2014 is a member of the settlement class.  There are two subclasses that may be entitled to additional benefits. Subclass one includes those who purchased a replacement watchband and subclass two includes those who paid to have a watchband repaired.

Typical Settlement Amount:

All class members will receive a repair or replacement at no cost and a one year extension of their warrantee. Members of Subclass 1 are eligible to receive a cash settlement in the amount of the new watchband or up to $50 if purchased from a third party. Subclass 2 is eligible for a settlement for the cost of repairs or $75 if done by a third party.
