You should provide either (1) a credit card or other receipt from the meal, or (2) some other evidence, such as a photograph of yourself at the restaurant, plus an estimate of the cost of the meal.

Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you dined at a Fogle restaurant, between February 28, 2009 and February 28, 2014, for non-business purposes, and you paid a CDF fee. The Fogle restaurants include the following:

  • Plantation
  • Peppercorn
  • Baldknobbers
  • Fall Creek Steak and Catfish House
  • Great American Steak and Chicken House
  • Whipper Snappers 
Typical Settlement Amount:

If you have a receipt that shows the CDF fee, you will get a refund for the fee. If your receipt does not show this charge, or if you provide an estimate of your bill without a receipt, you will receive either (a) 1% of your total bill for visits between February 28, 2009 and June 1, 2011, or (b) 1.5% of your bill for visits between June 2, 2011 and February 28, 2014.
