This settlement resolves a class action against the Coca-Cola Company, Fairlife, LLC, Fair Oaks Farms, LLC (FOF), Select Milk Producers, Inc., and two individuals, about Fairlife and FOF milk products. The complaint alleged that certain dairy products were falsely labeled and marketed as being from cows that were treated humanely. It claimed that consumers would not have paid as much for the milk if they had known the cows were not treated humanely.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Benefits: 25% of the average retail purchase price for Fairlife and FOF milk products, up to $100. Without proof of purchase: Up to $20. With proof of purchase: Up to $80. These awards may be combined, for a total award of up to $100. Final amounts may be higher or lower, depending on the number of valid claims received. Only one claim may be made per household.
