One of two kinds of awards, a basic award or a reimbursement award. Estimates: Basic awards: $55 for those who had their payment card, login and password information exposed in the security incident; $25 for those who had login and password exposed, but no payment information; $12 for those who did not have their information exposed. Reimbursements: Up to $5,000 for those who had unauthorized charges that were not denied, reversed, or otherwise credited or reimbursed which were more than likely caused by the security incident.
Note that amounts may be adjusted up or down, depending on the number and amounts of valid claims received. Upward adjustments are capped at double the listed amount.
