A settlement of $1.5 million is set to resolve this class action against Polmax Logistitcs, LLC (which does business as Experior Logistics), Polmax Fleet, LLC, Polmax, LLC (which does business as Experior Transport), Forbes Air Cargo, Inc. (which does business as Experior Global), and Lynx Management, Inc. Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you are an individual who, within the applicable statute of limitations, (1) entered into an independent contractor agreement or a similar agreement with one of the defendants, (2) lived in Illinois or New Jersey and personally performed driver services for one of the defendants in Illinois or New Jersey, and (3) were not classified as an employee of a defendant. The statute of limitations period for Illinois class members is April 2, 2011 through September 30, 2022; for New Jersey class members it is April 2, 2015 through September 30, 2022.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Amounts paid to class members will vary according to the amount of the chargebacks taken from their pay and the length of time they provided services to the defendants. Final amounts may also vary according to the number of valid claims received. It is expected that each class member will receive at least $1,500.
