  • those who tested exclusively in New Jersey, Massachusetts, or the U.S. Virgin Islands;
  • those who did not upload the actual July 2014 files for the bar exam; and
  • those who uploaded the July 28 or 29, 2014 bar exam files by 5:52 PM EDT on July 29, 2014 and for whom there is no record of a failed attempt to upload prior to that time on July 29, 2014.

 

Typical Settlement Amount:

$90; may be reduced, depending on the number of claims received
