You may be eligible if, between June 28, 2015 and May 14, 2019, Equifax issued a credit report on you to a third party, and the credit report showed a tax lien or civil judgment that was inaccurate or did not belong to you. You are not eligible if you have previously settled, compromised on, or released a claim on this matter.
