Typical Settlement Amount:Partial reimbursement of the $5 monthly rental payment reporting fees, or credit builder fees, you paid to Elon for reporting your rental payment status to a credit reporting agency. Class members will receive a distribution of the net settlement fund based on a calculation of each person’s respective share. Current tenants of Elon properties will receive their portion as a one-time credit against rent due. Those who are not current tenants will receive a check for their shares.
