- Payment: $30 (for non-California claimants) or $100 (for members of the California Subclass).
- Reimbursement of ordinary losses: Up to $250 for documented out-of-pocket expenses incurred in dealing with the data breach, including up to four hours of lost time at $25/hour.
- Reimbursement of extraordinary monetary losses: Up to $5,000 for actual, documented, unreimbursed monetary losses which (1) occurred between June 2021 and June 2022, (2) are not already covered by the reimbursement of ordinary losses, and (3) you made reasonable efforts to avoid or seek reimbursement for, including using all available credit monitoring insurance and identity theft services.
