Typical Settlement Amount:Share of the net settlement fund, based on a number of factors: the number of weeks you were employed in this position during the above class period; whether you were terminated or resigned between March 24, 2014 and the end of the class period; whether you were employed between March 24, 2016 and the end of the class period; and whether you worked primarily as a day or night specialist. (Those who worked the majority of their time as night specialists will receive more than those who were day specialists.
