Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you were an individual employed by Ecolab in California as a Service Specialist or Senior Service Specialist, between March 24, 2013 and July 7, 2022, and you did not file an individual lawsuit or arbitration demand asserting your individual claims against Ecolab about this employment or compensation.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Share of the net settlement fund, based on a number of factors: the number of weeks you were employed in this position during the above class period; whether you were terminated or resigned between March 24, 2014 and the end of the class period; whether you were employed between March 24, 2016 and the end of the class period; and whether you worked primarily as a day or night specialist. (Those who worked the majority of their time as night specialists will receive more than those who were day specialists. Note that if you wish to receive your $50 FLSA settlement share, you must submit an FLSA Opt-In Form.
