Eligibility:

You may be eligible if
- You had a rental agreement for an ECI apartment in Georgia (see the list of properties) at any time between May 19, 1997 and June 30, 2018, and
- You handed over a security deposit, and
- You stopped living at the apartment between May 19, 1997 and June 30, 2018, and
- You did not get back all or part of your deposit within one month of your moving out, due to alleged damage to the apartment.
You are not eligible if you filed for bankruptcy before the final approval of this settlement.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Portion of the net settlement fund, capped at the amount of your security deposit.
