Eligibility:You may be eligible if
- You worked at the discount stores at issue, owned by Mohamed Doria or Iqbal Memon,
- Between October 4, 2008 and October 10, 2017,
- You did not previously file a consent to join the case, and
- You are not a family member of any of the defendants in the case.

Typical Settlement Amount:To begin with, each class member will receive a base payment of $2,000. Additional payments will be calculated by a formula based on the number of weeks worked during the class period in proportion to the total number of weeks worked by all class members. One week will be equal to one point. Also, class members who previously opted in, who did not have their FLSA claims dismissed, and who participated in discovery will receive an additional half point for each week worked during the class period. A maximum of $630,000 is provisionally designated for payments to certain class members for retaliation claims in this lawsuit.
