Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you were injured while working for the District of Columbia in a union position, received workers’ compensation benefits between June 27, 2004 and October 2007, but did not receive one or more of the cost-of-living (COLA) adjustments awarded by the District Council during that time. The COLAs at issue were awarded on or about October 5, 2003 (2.5%), July 10, 2005 (4.0%), October 2, 2005 (3.0%), October 1, 2006 (3.0%) and October 14, 2007 (3.25%).
