Eligibility:You may be eligible if you are a business or business owner in the US who had DirecTV services installed in your commercial establishment, who were later audited by Signal Audition, Inc., and who, at any time between August 4, 2008 and August 23, 2022, received a communication from the Lonstein defendants on behalf of DirecTV asking for money for the allegedly unauthorized use of DirecTV licensed programming, including NFL Sunday Ticket or any other DirecTV-related programming.
Typical Settlement Amount:Those who paid nothing or less than $25 to settle DirecTV’s claims of commercial misuse will received $25. Those who paid more will receive a share of the net settlement fund based on the amount of money they paid to Lonstein.
