Eligibility:

You may be eligible if (1) you live in the US or any of its territories (including Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and so on), and (2) you bought one or more of the qualifying Diamond pet food products in this case in the US, between March 13, 2017 and May 3, 2021.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Cash payments. With proof of purchase: $10 per purchase up to $100 maximum. Without proof of purchase: $5. If the total amount claimed is more than $4 million, payments will be reduced proportionately.

Total Settlement Amount: $4,000,000 to pay claims
