Case Summary:

This partial settlement bring suit against a group of Denso companies for antitrust actions with respect to direct purchases of instrument panel clusters. The Denso companies include Denso Corporation, Denso International America, Inc., Denso Korea Corporation, Denso Automotive Deutschland GmbH, Denso Products & Services Americas, Inc., ASMO Co., Ltd., ASMO North America, LLC, ASMO Greenville of North Carolina, Inc., and ASMO Manufacturing, Inc.

The complaints for the original antitrust class actions alleged that a large number of companies conspired to fix or raise prices, or otherwise violate antitrust laws, for automotive parts. In this settlement, the parts were meters or instrument panel clusters. Other defendants in the same instrument panel cluster case have previously settled.

Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you were an individual or entity who bought instrument panel clusters in the US DIRECTLY from one of the defendants (or their subsidiaries, affiliates, or joint ventures), between January 1, 1998 and December 27, 2016.

If you submitted a claim previously in the instrument panel clusters direct purchaser case, after the partial settlements with the Nippon Seiki or Yazaki companies, you should not file a new claim form unless you are adding purchases during the relevant class period that you did not include in your original claim.
