Closed Settlement Statement:

According to court documents, the claim submission deadline has passed. Please contact the claims administrator if you have any questions.

Case Summary:

This partial settlement involves heater control panels purchased directly from a group of Denso companies, including Denso Corporation, Denso International America, Inc., Denso Korea Corporation, Denso Automotive Deutschland GmbH, Denso Products & Services Americas, Inc., ASMO Co., Ltd., ASMO North America, LLC, ASMO Greenville of North Carolina, Inc., and ASMO Manufacturing, Inc.

The complaints for the original antitrust class actions alleged that a large number of companies conspired to fix or raise prices, or otherwise violate antitrust laws, for automotive parts. In this settlement, the parts were heater control panels, along with their components and assemblies, that control the climate of vehicle interiors. A number of other defendants in the same heater control panel case have previously settled.
