Eligibility:You may be eligible if you are an individual identified by Davaco and to whom Davaco sent a notice saying that your information may have been impacted in the security incident or data breach.
Typical Settlement Amount:Benefits:
(1) Either a Basic Award of $185 or thirty-six months of identity theft protection services.
(2) Reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses: Expenses must be fairly traceable to the data breach. For reimbursement of fraudulent charges, you must attest that you experienced them between June 11, 2021 and January 12, 2023; that the charges were not reimbursed; that you believe in good faith they were more than likely a result of the data breach at Davaco; and that you have made good-faith efforts to have them reversed or reimbursed all other possibilities and have not received a payment for them.
(3) Time spent award: Up to five hours of time at $20 per hour.
(4) For California Subclass members: Award of $175.
Amounts for the Basic Award and California Award may be more or less, depending on the claims submitted.
