You may be eligible if you are a person in the US who, between July 12, 2013 and July 9, 2018, bought a CDMA phone from Cricket or its authorized agents. If you no longer own this phone, you may still claim a benefit as long as you have proof of purchase of the phone, including its mobile equipment identity number, mobile equipment identifier, or electronic serial number.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Choice of one: (1) Unlock benefit, to activate your phone with another carrier; (2) Data benefit, to port an existing number onto Cricket service or add a new line of Cricket service; or (3) Four-month data benefit, to receive one free GB of high-speed data for those who one month of future service on an existing or new Cricket line, for up to four consecutive months of timely prepaid service.
