Typical Settlement Amount:

Benefits: (1) Refund, with proof of purchase: Refund of the purchase price of the covered products, as shown on your proof of purchase. (2) Refunds, without proof of purchase: Refund of the estimated purchase price of the covered products, at the average retail price, for up to six covered products per household, plus 10% additional for sales tax. If you received a refund through the voluntary recall program, the amount of money you receive will be reduced by the amount of the refund you have already received. (3) Injunctive relief: Beiersdorf will require testing for the presence of benzene for at least eighteen months after the entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, and will takes steps as required by the results.
