California Class: The class period is August 25, 2013 to June 1, 2020. If you want to be in the California class and you received a notice, you do not need to submit a claim form, but you have the choice to opt out.

California Class: 97.2% of net settlement amount is allocated to the California Class or those who are members of both classes. Of that amount, 69.2% will go to members of only the California Class; 30.8% will go to California Class members who opt into the FLSA Class as well.

FLSA Class: Awards will include an amount per workweek, calculated by dividing 2.8% of the net settlement amount by the total number of eligible workweeks of all FLSA Class members.
