Eligibility:

Two classes have been defined for this settlement, which differ primarily in the beginning of their class periods:

- The Class is all persons who worked for Bragg, doing business as Coastline Equipment as a non-exempt, hourly employee in California at any time between May 30, 2015 and November 23, 2021.
- The PAGA Class is all persons who worked for Bragg, doing business as Coastline Equipment as a non-exempt, hourly employee in California at any time between May 30, 2018 and November 23, 2021.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Class: The net settlement fund will be distributed to members of the Class according to a plan of allocation based on the number of workweeks worked by each class member during the class period. PAGA Class: The amount allocated to the PAGA Class will be $7,500, which will also be based on the number of workweeks worked during the PAGA class period.

Payments will be considered 25% wages, for which Forms W-2 will be issued, and 75% as non-wages, for which Forms 1099-MISC forms will be issued.
