Each settlement workweek between July 22, 2016 and July 29, 2022 will be counted as two Adjusted Settlement Workweeks; each workweek between July 22, 2010 and July 21, 2016 will be counted as one Adjusted Settlement Workweek. Each member’s share of the net settlement amount will then be calculated against the total number of Adjusted Settlement Workweeks. Payments will be reported to the IRS on a Form 1099.
