The City of Los Angeles has agreed to settle a class action suit alleging that curfews imposed through 26 injunctions upon over 5,000 gang members are unconstitutional. The injunctions required that people not go “outside” at certain times of night unless they were going for “legitimate meetings or entertainment activity”.
