You may be eligible if you made an order for delivery through Chipotle’s app or website between May 11, 2020 and January 19, 2022. You may belong to one of the following subclasses:

- The Non-Rewards Member Subclass: All persons in the US who were not members of Chipotle’s Rewards Program, who ordered food delivery through Chipotle’s app or website during the class period above, and who were charged a service fee or increased menu prices with insufficient disclosures.

- The Rewards Member Settlement Subclass: All persons in the US who were members of Chipotle’s Rewards Program, who ordered food delivery through Chipotle’s app or website during the class period above, and who were charged a service fee or increased menu prices with insufficient disclosures.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Your benefit depends on whether you were a member of Chipotle’s Rewards Program. For Non-Rewards Program Members: Digital payment of equal share of the net Rewards Member Settlement Fund of $1 million. For Rewards Program Members: Digital voucher for one free entrée from the Chipotle menu, calculated at $8.50 per entrée, for a total value of up to $3 million. Vouchers will be issued only until the $3 million value has been reached.

Total Settlement Amount: $1,000,000 in cash payments and $3,000,000 in vouchers
