If you cannot, but you can provide the name of the store and date you made your purchase, proof of purchase at that store, and a photo of the flooring, you are an Other Purchaser and entitled to receive 50% of the purchase price in cash.


You may be eligible if you are a person in the US who bought Chinese-made laminate flooring from Eternity Flooring or any of its retail distributors between January 1, 2012 and December 31, 2016.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Varies. Verified Purchasers can receive up to 100% of their purchase price in cash or store vouchers. Other Purchasers can receive up to 50% of their purchase price in cash or store vouchers. Final awards may be adjusted depending on how many claims are received.
