Eligibility:You may be eligible if you are a holder of the roughly one million credit or debit card numbers, and you used your EMV credit or debit card to make a purchase at a payment terminal at certain restaurants owned, operated, or branded by the Cheesecake Factory, where the terminal was programmed to print the first six and last four EMV card numbers on your receipt, between November 10, 2016 and February 4, 2017. Note that only some Cheesecake Factory locations printed these receipts.
You are not included if your transaction involved a Cakepay, Branded Pre-Pay, or Mall-branded card, since these did involve programming for printing so many digits on customer receipts.
Typical Settlement Amount:Pro-rata share of the net settlement fund. Final amounts will depend on the number of valid claims submitted, but is estimated at $28-56.
