Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you are a current or former CPAY customer, and between January 1, 2010 and October 31, 2020, you were (1) assessed the TSSNF fee (TSYS Network Fee), (2) assessed the PCI Noncompliance Fee, (3) had your contractual credit card discounted rates increased about your contractual rate by CPAY, or (4) had credit card transactions shifted by CPAY form lower-cost rate tiers to higher-cost rate tiers.

Class members who kept one or more payment card processing accounts with CPAY as of March 9, 2022 are Current Customers; class members who are not Current Customers are Former Customers.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Pro rata share of the net settlement fund, based on CPAY data and each class member’s claims, as calculated by the Settlement Administrator. Current Customers will receive their payments automatically; Former Customers must submit a valid claim form.

Total Settlement Amount: Up to $84 million
