You may be eligible if you were charged by Carrington for a hazard, flood, flood-gap, or wind-only LPI policy for a residential property from the listed companies, between December 1, 2012 and August 9, 2017, and who either (a) paid Carrington all or part of the net premium for the policy or (b)were charged but did not pay and still owe Carrington the net premium for the policy. You are not eligible if your LPI policy was cancelled in its entirety and fully refunded to your account.
