Typical Settlement Amount:

Share of the net settlement fund, calculated based on the number of weeks you worked compared to the total number of weeks worked by all class members. Eighty percent of your payment will be considered wages, with employee payroll taxes deducted, reported to the IRS on a Form W-2. The other twenty percent will be considered interest. In addition, PAGA members will receive a share of the $10,000 allocated for that payment.
