Benefits: (1) Identity Defense Services for credit monitoring. (2) Cash reimbursement, up to $25,000. For unreimbursed money spent avoiding or recovering from fraud or identity theft traceable to the Capital One data breach. (3) Cash reimbursement for lost time. The greater of $25 per hour or your documented hourly wage, for up to five hours, or up to fifteen hours with supporting documents. (4) Restoration services to help with fraud resolution. These services will be available for up to three years after the settlement is final.
