  • Store Managers who worked in a Level 1 Wells Fargo Store in California at any time during the period of January 7, 2007, through January 12, 2017; and/or
  • Store Managers who worked in a Level 2 Wells Fargo Store in California during the period of January 7, 2007, through November 1, 2013.
Typical Settlement Amount:

Claimants will be entitled to a portion of the settlement amount determined by each claimant’s number of weeks worked compared to the total number of weeks worked by all class members. Additionally, claimants employed on or after March 23, 2013 will be entitled to a pro rata share of the PAGA penalty fund.
