This settlement includes all persons and business who, from March 21, 2010 to December 9, 2016, purchased any pre-moistened wipes bearing the work “flushable” and the brand name “Kandoo” on the package label in California. 

Typical Settlement Amount:

Claimants will receive $1 per package of wipes. $50 is the limit for claimants with proof of purchase and $10 is the limit for claimants without proof of purchase.
