Typical Settlement Amount:

The settlement will be divided into Waiting Time Penalties (15%) and Unpaid Wages (85%). All claimants will receive an equal share of the Waiting Time Penalties portion of the settlement and a share of the Unpaid Wages portion based upon the number of hours that were unpaid.

Total Settlement Amount: $12,750,000.00
