Eligibility:You may be eligible if (1) you were a borrower of a residential mortgage loan on a property in the US and your loan was serviced by Caliber, and (2) you paid Caliber a fee to make a loan payment by telephone, IVR, or online, between January 1, 2013 and January 21, 2020.
Typical Settlement Amount:To be determined. You may select a payout method until October 1, 2021. If you do not select one by that time, you will receive your payment as a MasterCard gift card, which can be used at all domestic merchants who take MasterCard. When you receive your MasterCard, you can go to the settlement website and ask that the card’s balance be sent to you as a paper check or a digital payment.
