Typical Settlement Amount:

Share of the net settlement funds. Nationwide Class: Your payment is estimated to be between $21 and $44. Combined Nationwide and California Class: Your payment is estimated to be between $64 and $129. Final amounts for both classes depend on the number of valid claims submitted; for those in the Combined Class, final amount also depends on the amount you were charged in auto-renewal fees.
