Eligibility:You may be eligible if you received or were successfully sent advertising faxes about tickets for Tampa Bay Buccaneers games, between July 14, 2009 and June 9, 2010.
Typical Settlement Amount:Payments for each fax recorded in the electronic records: Up to $350 for the first fax, $125 for the second, $90 for the third, and $25 each for the fourth and fifth. If all claims add up to more than the amount in the net settlement fund, these amounts will be reduced.
