Four kinds of benefits:
(1) Experian IdentityWorks identity protection services for a total of three years. Includes credit monitoring, $1 million in identity theft insurance, and identity restoration services.
(2) Reimbursement of out-of-pocket losses, such expenses incurred for remedying identity theft or identity fraud, such as freezing or unfreezing credit reports, fairly traceable to the data breach (that is, occurring on or after July 14, 2020, using personal information of the same type as was provided to Brown-Forman).
(3) Reimbursement for attested time spent remedying issues related to identity theft, up to $20 per hour, for up to eight hours.
(4) Cash payment of $250 for inconvenience, if you submitted and received an insurance payment through Experian Identity Works.
