Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you are a person or entity in the US who bought a ticket for a BA flight
- That BA canceled between March 1, 2020 and December 31, 2021, and
- You did not cancel or fail to show up for the first leg of the flight before canceling a later leg, and
- You did not receive a refund or rebooking from BA, and
- You received a voucher from BA and (1) if you are a March 1-November 19 class member, you have not already used the entire value of the voucher, and (2) if you are a November 20-December 31 class member, you have not used your voucher in whole or in part.

March 31-November 19 class members are all settlement class members who bought a ticket for a BA flight where BA later canceled the flight between March 1, 2020 and November 19, 2020.

November 20-December 31 class members are all settlement class members who bought a ticket for a BA flight where BA later canceled that flight between November 20, 2020 and December 31, 2021.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Benefits: (1) For March 1-November 19 settlement class members: Because of a commitment BA made to the European Consumer Protection Cooperation Network, BA will give these class members a full refund of the price of their ticket plus the greater of 4% of the value of their remaining unused voucher or $25. (2) For November 20-December 31 settlement class members: The full value of their voucher, and the voucher will be canceled.
