If you did not receive a direct Notice and no longer have the treadmill, you must provide supporting documentation along with your claim form.
Eligibility:You may be eligible if you are a person in the US or its territories who (1) bought a Bowflex, Nautilus, or Schwinn treadmill between July 7, 2016 and November 16, 2021, primarily for personal, family, or noncommercial purposes, and not for resale.
Typical Settlement Amount:Benefits: (1) Pro-rata share of the net settlement fund. (2) One-year subscription to Nautilus’s JRNY app, or, for those who are already subscribers, a one-year extension to the subscription. Nautilus will also stop making the horsepower representations and will post a disclaimer to future such representations in marketing its treadmills.
