Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you belong to either of the following subclasses:

- Subclass 1: All individuals who scanned their finger at a BioLife plasma donation facility in Illinois between September 8, 2015 and March 5, 2020.
- Subclass 2: All individuals who scanned their finger at a BioLife plasma donation facility in Illinois between March 6, 2020 and November 15, 2021, excluding those who are in Subclass 1.

Members of Subclass 2 signed a biometric consent form that BioLife began using on March 6, 2020, whereas those in Subclass 1 did not receive or sign any consent form.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Benefits will be based on subclass. Those who signed a consent form (Subclass 2) will receive less than those who did not (Subclass 1).
Subclass 1: Estimated at between $250 and $900. Subclass 2: Estimated at between $25 and $90. Final amounts depend on the total number of valid claims received.
