With proof of purchase: Refund of your purchase price. Without proof of purchase: Refund of average retail price of up to five covered products per household, plus 10% as sales tax. For those who previously received refunds through the voluntary recall, refunds will be reduced by the amount previously received. Final amounts may be more or less, based on the total amounts of all valid claims received.
