Eligibility:You may be eligible if you are a person in the US and, between November 16, 2013 and November 17, 2021, you bought one of the class products for household use and not for resale or distribution. The class products include belVita Crunchy Biscuits, belVita Soft-Baked Biscuits, belVita Bites, and belVita Sandwiches which bear the phrases, “Nutritious Steady Energy,” “Nutritious Sustained Energy,” or “Nutritious Morning Energy.” For information about the varieties included, see the Eligible Products list at the settlement website.
Typical Settlement Amount:Pro-rata share of the net settlement fund, estimated at $34.10 per person, depending on the type and number of products bought. Without proof of purchase, up to two boxes per product. With proof of purchase, no limit on the number of boxes. Final amount may be higher or lower, depending on the numbers and amounts of valid claims received. Only one claim per household permitted.
