Eligibility:You may be eligible if you are a person in the US (1) who was called by Bath Saver or its affiliates (Kitchen Saver or Homespire Windows/Doors and their affiliates) two or more times in a twelve-month period at a number that had been on the National Do Not Call Registry for more than thirty days, (2) for whom there is no record of having given written consent to the calls or there is a record of the person asking not to be called.
Typical Settlement Amount:Pro-rata share of the net settlement fund (that is, the money left over after attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses, the plaintiff’s service payment, and settlement administrative costs have been deducted). Final amounts will depend on the number of valid claims received.
